Paul is a crook. I took my computer to him and paid him in advance for the parts and labor (my first mistake). Paul said that it would take 2 days to get the parts in and fix my computer I gave him a full week and still hadn’t heard anything from him so I called him and of course he came up with excuse after excuse as to why he hasn’t fixed my computer yet. I patiently waited for about 16 days and Paul had yet to fix my computer so I told him I just needed to pickup my computer and get a refund and he said that’s not how things work. I did get my computer back but he did not refund my money that I paid him up front to do the job correctly. I...Paul is a crook. I know that I shouldn’t have paid him up front but to be honest I felt sorry for him because he was disabled and he seemed to be struggling the day I was in his store, so I paid him like he asked so he wouldn’t have to front the money to order the parts he said my computer needed.
It’s funny how you say now that you installed the parts. If that’s the case you don’t state that before and if you did replace the keyboard and mouse that obviously wasn’t the problem. You will be going to court and giving ins me my money back plus paying court cost. It’s not going to work out for you very well Paul.

Terrible customer service. The owner not only was beyond rude, but he also without my friends permission changed his apple password and erased the phone and all he was supposed to do was put a new screen on it. When I questioned why he did these things without permission he said he never had the passcode and couldn't possibly do those things just to follow that up with some babbling about something that sounded like complete nonsense. Then followed that up with proceeding to tell us that he did have the passcode written down on the paper in front of him. Then he quoted us 180 and then charges us 225 and said the rest was taxes. Will not ever...Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I called the owner and asked if he could fix my screen and he told me he had the right screen drop it off and it’ll be ready in a hour. I dropped the phone off and never heard from him the rest of the day. Contacted him the next day and he said he didn’t have the right part and kept my phone another week giving me the run around. Finally I call him today and he advised me after a week he still doesn’t have the right part and he won’t give me my phone back until he gets the right screen. The police had to come and get my phone from him because there was no contract for him to hold my phone. HORRIBL...I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Yeah Device Medics might have cheaper prices, but if you want good quality service DO NOT go there. I repeat, DO NOT go there. The owner (Paul) straight up lied to me by explaining he could fix my phone by putting a new battery in. I went home and the very next day I was having the same problem (phone would not turn on due to a dead battery). Fast forward to the next same day, I went to a different device repair store and they explained to me what Paul had done. They actually ran a test on my phone by plugging my phone up directly to their computer to see the problem. It turns out that it was the same bat...Absolutely the worst experience ever.
