I recently had my new fence installed by Maryland Decking and I must say from start to finish the process has been seamless and I attribute that to Justin my project manager. He not only got me the best value, but he also was able to obtain financing that fit within my budget. I highly recommend calling them. I believe they not only do fencing but Decks, Screen Porch's and Patio Pavers as well. He also mentioned about the owner (a veteran) having their sister company Maryland Pools. They can handle all of your outdoor needs. Don't forget to request Justin by name as his passion for helping people is so evident it can see it from the first time you speak to him.

Had a great experience through every phase of a deck replacement project. Worked with John who was personable and a great communicator. John has good attention to detail and from the initial estimate to the actual quote explained all the options with no pressure. The final price of a couple small customizations (extra wide stair) was actually less than initially estimated. The work crew was amazing - worked quickly and left the work site spotless. Everything finished on time with no hiccups. The final product is fantastic. The photos don't do it justice. The deck feels super solid with 12 inch on center joists and the huge center beam - and looks beautiful. Each piece of vinyl trim is lined up, everything is super neat and clean - I love it. Very professional company. Chad was helpful throughout. Made it easy to make a selection on what we wanted. Price was actually better than other bidders and they offered 24 months zero interest financing. We did have to wait a few weeks for permit but no big deal and once they were ready they took out old deck and built a really nice deck in 3 days. Love the deck.

They were knowledgeable, helpful, and instrumental in guiding us through the insurance process so we could get our new deck covered, including some upgrades. The crew was highly skilled, arrived on time, and did excellent work. They also cleaned up thoroughly each day. We are very happy with the final result.

Great drop on the deck for my mothers house!!

I recently hired The Deck and Fence Company to install a deck covering and screen in my existing deck, which was just over a year old. My experience working with Mark Roberts was exceptional from start to finish. Mark was not only personable but also highly knowledgeable, which made him a pleasure to work with. He took the time to listen to all my questions and provided thorough, thoughtful answers. Additionally, Mark guided me through the process of submitting the necessary plans to the county for approval. The county approval process took a little over a month, but once approved, the materials were ready and delivered about 2 days later, and the crew arrived promptly the following morning. They were consistently on time each day, working tirelessly until nearly dark. The project was essentially completed in about eight working days. The only minor delay was due to the almond-colored soffits I had selected for the roof, which were on back-order. However, this issue was entirely beyond the company's control, and my project manager, Ben, stayed on top of it. Approximately three weeks later, when the soffits arrived, the crew returned the very next day, promptly finishing the remaining work. Special thanks to Darwin, Caesar and Bobby for their outstanding efforts. The final result is a beautiful, fully covered and screened-in deck that I am incredibly pleased with. Choosing to have the deck covered and screened was one of the best decisions I made. I can now enjoy the outdoors without the nuisance of mosquitoes, all thanks to The Deck and Fence Company!
