The Custom Shop is great. They made me a slipcover that is perfect. I mean perfect! The fit is as tight as I had hoped, like the original from Pottery Barn. I could not be happier. The stitcher was extremely good at her craft. Flawless. From the day I emailed for an estimate, through going to the store to look at fabrics, and then getting the final product —everything was "seamless." Toni is terrific. It is a well run shop. Go.
