We had a great experience with the Custom Deck Guys! From the planning stages through the execution of the job they were awesome at communicating every stage of the project! These guys are good and honest human beings and we would highly recommend them for any deck project!
The Custom Deck Guys did an exceptional job completing our new deck. We met with them last August to get a quote and told them we wanted to replace our 33 year old deck in March of 2025. We wanted the same design and they did not disappoint. I could not believe the craftsmanship of Matt and Mike. I have to say I am very particular and they did all they could to deliver the best experience ever. I am sitting on my deck as I write this and could not be happier. By the way they kept in contact with us since August and started on the deck in March as promised. You will not be disappointed if you hire The Custom Deck Guys. Sean was also an aw... Highly recommend Chris and the team for your next project. We called around and Chris was quick to respond and come out for our front porch consultation. Very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and their team truly cares about craftsmanship and details. We will use them for every project going forward. Also very good at giving advice and tips on the overall aesthetic and design. They helped us solve a tricky drainage issue. Best team in Cincinnati, hands down.
The Custom Deck Guys are amazing to work with. Luke, Chris, Damien and Kyle did an outstanding job on our new deck. They are very customer oriented, listen to and answer all questions and are very respectful. Our old deck was 31 years old and needed replaced. As with many construction projects a few issues popped up. Luke explained to us what needed to be done and how it would be fixed. These guys went above and beyond to make this project a success. We love our new deck. We very highly recommend The Custom Deck Guys as you will not be disappointed.
