Very rude lady who answered the phone. Needed 2 GB of ram. Offered a premium and said I had to bring my computer in. Told her it was a phone calling card kiosk I was fixing and she yelled that she won't sell to competitors and hung up. Insanely rude. Tried calling back and offered a premium on the price but was hung up on again. Am not from the area and this was the first job I've had in Fergus falls so thinking I'm some sort of competition is outrageous.
Update- was emailed that this review was helping others. Glad to be of service ;-) Totally forgot about this but upon seeing the response I can't help but laugh. Upon seeing their reply on here I laughed because what they did was create five or six reviews and negative review bombed me on the same day as they also gave five star reviews to this place. Google removed all but one from a lady named Beth. My intention was never to slander anyone. You are not my competitor. I am not nor have I ever been a computer repair company. I work in telecommunications infrastructure consulting. Happy to remove this review and forget how rude your employee was if you retract the fake one your friend Beth put on. It's funny what the context of her review is about. We've never had a "customer" location which she claims she visited and left a laptop at.. in parting, you might want to research the legal definition of libel which includes "false and derogatory statements". Check mark on both of those as obviously you never left a laptop at a place that doesn't exist whereas I have the phone records of a call that does exist.

Used them for multiple services. Their response was great, they understood my problem (it was quite complicated, to me, anyhow...) and acted rapidly to expedite a fix. Courteous every step of the way, and prompt. Will definitely be using them again, no questions asked. Already referred other people to them. GREAT JOB!!!!
