A bad hard drive is hardly worth buying an entirely different computer over. No one on thus planet can detect if a laptop screen is going to go bad before it does, nor a hard drive. You bought a used laptop with a 30 day warranty because you're cheap. You knew the risks.

I would not recommend buying used computers from here. This is my second computer that I have bought from this place, and about 6 months later the screen is going out. Last time within 6 months my hard drive went out. And of course they offer 30 day warranty, which don't matter. So unless you are wanting to waste $250+ on computers that will go out or need fixing within 3 months, I think you should look at other options.
