I had a great experience with the office, but the cleaning team had to be supervised to ensure the house was cleaned properly and nothing was broken. Some cleaning services were not performed per the cleaning rotation sheet provided.
My experience with this company has been outstanding. After going through 2 other companies with poor communication and service I found The Cleaning Authority. From the sales process to the actual cleaning they are top notch and are extremely professional and organized which is so hard to find in this industry. They have systems and checks and balances in place to make sure you are satisfied and I am very impressed. Our cleaning today was very thorough and the cleaners were very polite and efficient.
