The chimney pros - Burlington MA

We had some gaps in the mortar up in the smoke chamber that worried me a bit. The chimney pros in Burlington came by a few days ago and smoothed over the entire smoke chamber with fresh parging. It looks solid now and feels like it’s sealed up right. Glad to have this done before winter hits. Hard to find good service in burlington, ma but these folks did a nice job.

Had no clue my smoke chamber was causing all that swirling smoke. Mike showed up today and tweaked it so now the smoke just goes straight up. Fireplace works way better and the room doesn’t fill with smoke anymore. Wish I’d known this was a thing to fix sooner. If your chimney’s acting up, these guys are worth a call.

The chimney pros - Burlington came out to install a Heatshield on our chimney last week. They replaced the old liner and sealed up gaps. Job was done clean and faster than I expected. Fireplace works better now and I felt safe using it again, really pleased with the whole visit.

Over the weekend, rain was pouring right into my firebox whenever it stormed. The chimney pros installed a stainless steel cap with mesh screening that keeps water out now. No more wet mess inside, and it looks sturdy too. Thanks to The chimney pros for handling this so quickly!

this afternoon my dryer was getting way too hot to touch. called The chimney company and they cleaned out the vent real good. now its cooling down like normal and drying faster too. definitely gonna use them again if needed. hard to find good service in burlington, ma
