I hired this company to fabricate a custom chase cover in May 2025, which they installed in June. The installers were clearly in a rush and did not complete the job with quality workmanship. A noticeable crease was put into the top of the chase cover where it should be properly diverting water, and fasteners were left loose.
Instead of correcting mistakes properly, they relied heavily on caulking to fill gaps, which is not a substitute for quality fabrication and installation.
I contacted Jeffery multiple times about repairing the issues. Each time, He promised to fix it, but no repairs were ever made.

I'm giving a 1 because Nick did a good chimney inspection. However after that is zero. I was supposed to get an inspection report and quote on repairs and what next steps are. I emailed,called and even stopped by and spoke to admin person. She said she would tell Nick. However not a word. I gave up as I least tried 6-7 times cricket.
I will now have to pay for another expecting from another local company before proceeding.
If only they would have said anything I would be understanding.

I can highly recommend The Chimney Guys! I was very impressed by their efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness. Nick and his assistant (whose name I've forgotten--sorry!) arrived on schedule. Nick explained what they were going to do, and they got on with it. Afterward, Nick went over what they'd found and what actions they'd taken--and what I'd need to get taken care of in the near future. They left zero mess and even put my hearth decorations back in place. To top it all off, these two guys went above and beyond--they stayed extra time to chip my car out of the ice prison it had been stuck in for over two weeks. I am very disappointed. THEY charge me a 289 dollar fee. Told me they would order the parts needed then send me a quote and schedule the repair. They basically took my Money. Horrible. DO NOT USE this company. Thieves.
