My waterproofing project just completed last week. Spring time should show the impact of the work. The crew was friendly and professional, but left a bit of a mess. For the amount of money paid for the service, I expected more care. Used material to close my front door shut leaving it scratched. Rinsed concrete buckets and tossed in the yard. As the snow melts continue to find more trash and debris from the job. Hopefully better care was taken when installing my system.

We had a serious problem in the crawl space under our house. I called The Basement Doctor and they sent an advisor (Chris) out to inspect.
They recommended what needed to be done and we decided to have them Jack and level our floors and then encapsulate the crawl space alone with adding a dehumidifier.
David Bowers and his crew came out and I could not be any happier. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. Their work was incredible. They did an absolutely marvelous job and left my back yard as nice as they found it.
