I was referred to them and they were excellent. Their customer service was absolutely wonderful. They went over everything with my truck and they broken down the issue so I understand everything. They were friendly & professional from beginning to end. They definitely have became one of my places to go if my truck has issues again.
My brakes had not been functioning properly for a while. I took my car to a national repair shop and they did patchwork repairs such as a brake fluid flush and replacing ONE brake pad. I still had brake issues after these repairs. I drive for Lyft and I could no longer potentially put my passenger's safety and lives at risk. I gave Autotrends a try because they are locally owned and don't answer to board members. YOU the customer are their main focus. In short they fixed my brakes and now my steering wheel doesn't shake when I press the brake pedal. I strongly recommend Autotrends. JB and the staff were straight forward with me and treated... I didn’t get any work done but they looked over my car in a very quick manner and identified the problem quickly and easily. They have me an estimate and were very transparent with me about the cost and labor. I can tell they know what they’re doing if I have an issue again I’m sure to return
JB and the staff are amazing. They got my car scheduled in a timely manner, addressed all concerns and communicated through the whole process. I have been taking my vehicles there for years to have inspections done and the company is absolutely stellar with the staff to match. Highly recommend!
