I brought in my laptop because i was having issues with the screen not turning on even though the laptop. The owners gave me an understandable run down of possible problems and the fixes they tried to get the laptop working again. They returned my laptop fixed and in a very quick manor. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone.
I dont think I can say enough good about this company and the owner. She is truly one of the best people you will ever deal with. My son started attending the University of Pembroke this fall semester and our home is about 3 hours away. He called me on a Saturday in a panic because his laptop stopped working and he had a test on Monday. I called Walmart to see if I could just send him over there to get one and they were totally out of lap tops. I then looked on line to see if I could see a computer repair service in the area. The best decision I have ever made was to cal the Affordable Geek Computer Service. I called earlier than their hours... I dont think I can say enough good about this company and the owner. The owner called me back a good hour before they even opened and ask me if she could help me. I apologized for calling so early and she said for me to have my son bring the computer to her and she would look at it that day... My son took the computer to her and because he had been using the laptop on his bed which he should not have... he unfortunately had messed up the hard drive and she could not with out a new hard drive get him up and going. She knew he had a test on Monday so she took a computer she had there and downloaded windows 10 in that computer and got my son up and going so he could prepare for his test.. Most companies would not of done that... But she went above and beyond what a business would do... I STRONGLY suggest if you need any computer repairs this is the person you want to call... She is honest... and truly cares about everyone that is going to her business... Being a mom and being 3 hours away feeling helpless at that moment to help my son ... she stepped in and helped him not like a business but like family.. and that means a lot to me.... I want to Thank her again for being the special person she is and running such an awesome business.... Pamela Bodnar
This is the best and most trustworthy computer company I have been to and I worked with quite a few..... The lady on the phone is very nice and understanding her son has done amazing work with my gaming PC.. after I had crashed it I took it to them and he had it ready for me the next morning they upgraded my windows and GPU.... I'm definitely gonna be a returning costumer...
Wonderful lady she didn’t try to sell me anything nor offer me to go and pay them to fix it, she did it right from her phone to mine, very very nice and sweet 100 stars if i could
