If you want all of your parts to come back i do not recommend this store. We showed up to make sure that the hard drive was acting up. when receiving the computer back one of the screws was missing, not surprising if you saw the condition of this shop. screws all over the place, including the floor, pretzels on the floor, bottle caps on the floor, wires absolutely everywhere. which i understand being a computer shop but be professional and organized!! we picked up the computer, no screw to hold the hard drive in, go back ask for the screw, wrong screw, we go again and wait for 45 minutes outside after 10 when they are supposed to be opened. f... Thank you so much! I highly recommend it for all your laptop and PC needs. Very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me to explain. Who gives the customers the time anymore. This company does. Thank you again. I finally found a computer repair company I feel like I can trust. I will be back.

I have used their service several times and have always been totally satisfied with their work. They are so knowledgeable and patient. I also took my sister to see them. She Is a recent widow whose husband did all of their online financing. They talked to her while showing her how to navigate the internet for her needs and gave her the confidence to go online herself.

Had a Gaming PC get new fans installed. They ended up putting the fans in the wrong places. Had a talk with them to swap the left and right side fans because they didn't have them in the spots I wanted and had one facing the wrong way, I told them beforehand on where I want them. RGB fans have forward and reverse blades for proper airflow and looks. They had Forward fans on the bottom (Should be Reverse) and a reverse fan on the left side (Should be Forward).
