Tennessee Garage Doors

Absolutely the finest service, price, and products. I called them for an appointment to get a spring replaced at nearly their closing time. Within an hour I had a new spring installed professionally by a very nice young man named Justin. If you need any garage door work, call these folks first, I cannot recommend them highly enough to you.

I have recommended Justin for many years to my clients and other Realtors. My garage door spring broke yesterday evening, Sunday May 4th and I texted Justin. He responded that he could get the repair done the next morning at 8am He was at my home this morning at 8am and less than 45 minutes later he had replaced both springs and made sure the door was operating properly. Great service at a fair price. Can't ask for more than that!!

Horrible customer service. Asked about a repair. They emailed me with no introduction and would not answer my questions. Anyone incapable of introducing themselves over email or who refuses to answer my questions WILL NOT get my business. I encourage everyone to cross reference my email screen shots here with the fake email chain he wrote out. Don't do business with liars. Even if I was in the wrong- this guy is willing to fabricate emails to present himself in a positive light.
