Terrible experience. We agreed on price and was told work I needed done would take one day. Calls me near the end of the day to tell me it wouldn't be done until the next day (need pc to work lost out on tons of $), then when I pickup my computer he overcharges me more than the agreed upon price before I even brought it in. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I agree with the great reviews concerning tekone. Matt does an expert job, and don't take forever getting the job done, and returned to the user. I rate him 5 stars. Thank you tekone for your dedication to your profession, and customer service.
Great service everytime I need help with my laptop. Was able to fit me in for a repair within minutes of my calling. Very friendly and gave great advise. Will be returning as needed
