I would recommend Ted Jones Appliance to EVERY & ANYONE!!!! they are absolutely THE BEST, MOST HONEST people!!! Got a super fantastic refrigerator. They delivered it set it up and removed my old frig. Cannot say enough good things about this guy!!!
This was the most horrible and unprofessional experience I have ever experienced! Ted Jones came out to my house to repair my washer. When he came out he initially stated that nothing was wrong with my washer and that the loads were off balance but he wanted to replace the drum and the price of the drum was $40. This was on a tuesday! He didn’t come back out to my home until the following Tuesday! He replaced the drum but when my husband asked him if we could do a test cycle to make sure it was working he declined and stated that he was positive everything was fine! Later that evening we went to use the washer and it kept giving a error messa... This was the most horrible and unprofessional experience I have ever experienced! Ted Jones came out to my house to repair my washer. The next day he called me to tell me that the $180 that he was trying to charge me to replace the drum didn’t come off my card (Thank goodness) I told him what was going on with the washer and he stated that he would come back out the next day to do repairs again! When he came out.. after looking at the washer he proceeded to tell me that now something else needed to be replaced on the washer and we needed to pay the remaining balance from the last visit and another $200 for something that wasn’t even broken before he replaced the drum. Once I told him that I wasnt paying another dime he stormed out of my house and slammed my door! Please save yourself the trouble and find another repair guy!
I had issues with our gas dryer and another company charged us $80 to walk in the door turn the dryer on and tell me to clean the dryer vent to fix out problem. Didn’t even take the unit apart to test and look at anything. Needless to say after cleaning the dryer vent out nothing changed. I called Ted Jones Appliance who came out just days later. They took the unit apart, diagnosed and repaired my dryer all in a matter of an hour saving me from having to spend $600+ on a new gas dryer. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.
