I had a truly awful experience at Techy a few months ago. I went in to get my phone repaired and cleaned, hoping for a quick fix. Instead, they completely failed to do either. Not only did they charge me $30 for services I didn’t receive, but when I asked for a new phone cord, they kept handing me defective ones.
To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration about the faulty cords and poor cleaning, they escalated the situation and even got in my face and yelled at me! I was livid. The staff seemed completely unprofessional and dismissive, showing no concern for my issue or my feelings as a customer. This is one of the best cell phone shops I have visited in Delaware. I highly recommend stopping in here to browse around or possibly get rid of old tech, the store owner is very friendly and they fixed my Google Pixel 7 for reasonable price and now it's like brand new.

I go in one day and get a reasonable quote for a screen replacement, and tell him I'll be back. Nice guy. I come back 2 days later, money in hand, and a different guy gave me a $50 higher quote. I told the man I had received a different quote previously and he straight up ignored me and wouldn't even look at me. Very unprofessional.
