Shuky! And their team did a great job. To be honest I was not expecting my computer to get repaired because in Apple and other stores they told me the problem was from water and they’d fix it for more than $900. Techy did it great not even for the third part of the price! Thank you! Now I have it back and didn’t spend that much money
The best experience with Techy Miramar. They all went the extra Mile, and I cannot believe how kind they were. I had a work Laptop that was just over 1 yr and it stopped. I took it to this place as I have used them for basic, I Phone stuff and all my friends come here too. After they reviewed it was clear to send it back to the company to complete repair or send brand new one based on insurance. I had insurance on it, but the firm wanted to send a laptop back. I was concerned that If I send back then I would be with no work computer and woud use my MacBook. It was confusing BUT they offered a Windows PC Laptop to use until laptop was repaire... YES, they offered and I used an up-to-date new laptop for 2 weeks with no charge, just TRUST. I received a Brand-New Laptop and returned the barrowed laptop. They did not want any money, just kindness. I did slip money as a friendly gesture and how they helped me out. Honestly, he did not want it and I just demanded he take it. WHO does this anymore? I will share my story, and everyone needs to know how kind they are. THANK YOU!!!!!
Techy is my one and only stop for phone and electronic repair. Every time I've had an issue, they were able to resolve it. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and there service times have been fast to reasonable. I highly recommend checking them out. I feel confident you will not be disappointed.
Shuki is amazing! He fixed all of my broken items that I brought in, and he did an incredible job with each piece of electronics. The strangest thing happened just now — my card somehow fell underneath his mounted desk. He took his time to figure out how to get it out, and he managed to retrieve it for me using a blower in a short time. I don’t know what I’ll do without my bank card right now. I’m so happy I got my card back — thank God!
