Although they have constant people coming in for help they are FAST, FRIENDLY and KNOWLEGEABLE. Quick diagnostic, able to provide an estimated time of completion and price. First 2-times for replacing phone screen and retrieving lost data on phone and third time was replacement of battery for Nintendo switch battery. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Luis was very helpful in identifying and removing the virus from my wife's phone. Turn around was over night. My wife is very happy to have her phone back free from the virus.
As a former Service Manager of a major repair service center for over nine years, I feel I am more than qualified to give a review of my "treatment" and "overall service" by the employee's at "Techy in Kendall." As my own service center was rated # 1 in the country 3 times in a row, I am acutely aware of and certainly know what good quality, conscientious, friendly, courteous, and helpful service is! Each one of the entire crew here would be rated by me as "above" TOP QUALITY service personnel!! Ruben, Luis, and Max. Due to the unusual problem with my phone, and my own unfortunate time constraints, I had to come down to the shop four differ... The service was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the LCD screen they replaced for me was extremely poor quality. It caused my phone to overheat and respond very slowly ALL THE TIME. Eventually, I purchased a replacement screen on Amazon and installed it myself, and the problem was completely resolved. Unfortunately, I ended up wasting about $150 and had to deal with constant screen lag for nearly a month.
