Took my with laptop in for a battery replacement, HP Spectre X360. Dropped off laptop, old battery left outside the laptop and screws screwed in their holes along with the OEM charger, on a Monday. They told me it would be back by two or three days, at the latest. Then they called the next day to say a screw was stripped and it would be ready the following day. A screw wasn't stripped when we dropped it off. They called the next night and said it was ready. I came in the following morning to pick it up, and they couldn't find my charger. Finally found it, paid for the repair, and then as we're moving it from the counter to a shopping basket... Took my with laptop in for a battery replacement, HP Spectre X360. Finally found it, paid for the repair, and then as we're moving it from the counter to a shopping basket, we noticed two screws were missing. We took it back to the person in the store, who wasn't the repair person, and he said the screws were stripped and had to be drilled out. Did not provide the screws. I'll just repeat that the screws weren't stripped when we brought it in. Not happy with the service at all If I could give it a zero rating, I would.
