I would like to share my thoughts on why I gave Daniel Peart and Techs-R-Us a five star rating. I have had the pleasure of working with Daniel for the past several years and I don't know what I would have done without his expertise in resolving any of my computer issues that have cropped up from time to time. He came to my home to help me set up my original system and has continued to monitor and maintain my system with his monthly maintenance program that he is able to do remotely without my even being present. His maintenance and security program gives me enormous piece of mind, especially regarding my concerns about viruses and malware...I would like to share my thoughts on why I gave Daniel Peart and Techs-R-Us a five star rating. I have had the pleasure of working with Daniel for the past several years and I don't know what I would have done without his expertise in resolving any of my computer issues that have cropped up from time to time. I believe I spoke with Daniel this morning, and he saved my sanity and my pockets! Being less than a week before Christmas, every penny counts! Instead of rushing me in to the shop, he calmly directed me to solving my laptops issue! It was buzzing very loudly and wouldn’t shut off! I was freaking out lol I want to bring Daniel a Christmas present now!

This is a great company. Daniel has helped me with setting up my wi-fi., getting my fire stick cooperating with it. He has helped me with technology problems I have had with my computer that I don’t understand along with trying to explain to me how these things are done. Recently he recommended a printer for me to buy since my HP printer had given me so much trouble. He has done all of this by coming to my home to help me. And to top it off his fee is so very reasonable. I would easily choose him over any service offered at Best Buy or Staples. Just a pleasure to know that some people still give great service, great personal treatment, and do...This is a great company.
