Excellent customer service. Fixed up my MacBook Air busted screen. Was given a clear idea of cost by Liam (who answered any questions I had) and they called to confirm about additional repairs before proceeding. Got it back in a few days and it works a treat. Will be my go-to tech repair place!
The staff was very informative and friendly! I sent my laptop to get the fan replaced and I had updates all the way through, it also did not take long to get repaired. Great repair shop in Aberdeen :)
Absolutely fantastic service, my Mac screen went black and it was repaired within 3 days and communication was great in-person and through text message.
I had my laptop repaired with them. They clearly diagnosed the problems and fixed the issues in a few days time, not that quick you'd think but some parts had faults and had to be replaced and so re ordered. I am not giving a 5 star because the total cost of repairing could've been a little less in my opinion as the parts were not relatively substantial such as Cpu, motherboard or another chip related component, it was only a fan, heatsink, and thermal paste. Nonetheless, they got the job done and I walked out the store happy. As a student, you cannot sacrifice too much time without a laptop.
