As a guy who's fairly computer savvy I was a bit embarrassed to take my desktop to a shop when I was unable to get it to boot. However, the employees were extremely welcoming and it really felt like I was dealing with a family versus the various tech chains. Over the few days they had my system they communicated and kept me in the loop every step of the way until the issue was resolved. The rates were also by far the best I've found in the city, the deposit you pay goes toward the repairs. I highly recommend TTM!
