Spencer replaced a hard drive on my non functional work computer and got it up and running. He wasn't able to save the data, but the price was reasonable for the repair. Good communication, timely repair, and fair price.
I took two laptops at different times for repairs—great service! I was also able to get used peripherals in perfect condition for general use. They were very attentive.
Spencer knows what he’s doing. First time builder here and I hadn’t a clue how to put all the cables together but Spencer did. I was able to take it in and he reseated my 420mm aio from thermaltake in order to properly place it on the bracket in my case. He was also able to tweak some stuff in the BIOS because I accidentally grabbed Intel ram for my AMD Ryzen 7800x3d. I trusted him to be careful with my new RX 9070 OC and he was. I was nervous to take it to someone I didn’t know but since he has good reviews, I trusted that he was gonna pull through and make the build complete for me and he did. This guy totally saved me today, i got my MacBook water damaged this morning and it wouldn't turn on. The files on it were super important for a music project. We brought it in and he said he will see what he could do. 3 hours later he called us and said it was fixed as well as creating a backup of our important files to keep safe for us for up to 6 months or something. He charged us $240 which seems fair to me. He understood that we were in a hurry and was able to get it done quickly for us which I appreciate so much. My computer seems to be working perfectly good as of now.
