Had a great experience with the bookstore. I just don’t understand why they don’t have the parts on hand and I have to wait a week for them to order the parts.

I have never had a worse experience with a "repair service". I turned in my laptop with a minor keyboard issue, I had a workaround but figured I might as well get it fixed and cleaned. For one, it took them over a week to even ask for my PIN to begin diagnostics and then things spiraled. First they lost all the data on my SSD and claimed it needed to be replaced due to corrosion, then they said my screen wouldn't work, then my battery wouldn't work, and now finally my motherboard is apparently non functional as well... Keep in mind, they replaced my in warranty motherboard with a refurbished one rather than a new part after I had issues a few... I have never had a worse experience with a "repair service".
