Rob was spectacular to work with. Quick, responsive, extremely personable, and knows his stuff! Fixed an issue others told me wasn’t fixable. Solved ii in no time. Very reasonable price-wise also. I would highly recommend him !! Great job Rob!!
Rob came to our home to help us fix our internet. Our barbecue smoker was unable to connect, so we could not use it. Rob re programed our router so it would interface with all locations. He reset all of our technology! He was so kind, polite and incredibly knowledgeable! I highly recommend him if you are having issues! His bill was very reasonable for the work and the amount of time he spent!
Rob did a lot of help with our family today with various technology installations. He installed a dash cam in our vehicle (front and back). Once installed, he showed us how to operate the equipment and review from the app as well as the memory card. He assisted us in installing electronic locks on all of our doors, programmed each unit, set up key fobs, and function capability to lock and unlock from our phones. Rob also showed us how to set up temporary codes as well. The last thing he did was priceless. Our 6 year old grandson got a small pet, he will be keeping at our house. Our grandson wanted to be able to see his pet when he is no... Rob did a lot of help with our family today with various technology installations. Rob @ Tech Solutions of Lake Norman was extremely professional and fair. The job we hired Rob for was relocating all of our IT equipment from our attic into our back room. He did a phenomenal job installing fire rated ply wood, mounting the rack to that, and then running all of our routers, access points, switches and battery backups to that. The wiring came out very clean as well. Rob went above and beyond. For instance, when I had ordered our battery backup it came in damaged, Rob went as far as filing the claim with TrippLite handling the process of getting us a new one and shipping back the old one.
