Would give 0 stars if I could. I brought an older external drive to have years of photos, videos and computer backups removed after the port broke and I could not hook it to the computer. Did not hear back for several days, when I finally go in to check, he hands me my drive in pieces and says it's been formatted. The drive had legitimately been sitting unbothered for months. I know I did not format it. He lost pictures and video from when I had my daughter, her first steps, her kindergarten graduation and other shows. No care to what was lost, immediately tried to sell me an upcharged replacement external drive.
