It was such a blessing to find this repair shop. I have broken many of screens and taken them to many different vendors, but I was never satisfied with the quality.....until NOW!!. Troy is a one man shop but he is so efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. After speaking to him via phone on a couple occasions, I decided to go in one Saturday morning. After the check-in process, he immediately began working on my phone. It was amazing to watch him work on such intricate parts. He pointed out other small issues that needed addressed and thoroughly cleaned my iphone. It works great and looks new. Surprised they answered when li called on a Sunday. They were really helpful and informative even on the phone. Very reasonable price to replace screen. Face ID also not working. Took it in the next day, and Troy tried all the tricks to get it working without requiring the screen repair beforehand. I still got it replaced because I was very confident of their quality.
Really smart guys who give honest advice about repairs that are worth the money. A whole lot cheaper, knowledgeable, and reliable than UBreakIFix and the others.
From here on, I will always go with these guys and ignore the rest. Check them all out. You’ll choose Tech-Nic...Surprised they answered when li called on a Sunday. Got my OnePlus phone's battery replaced here and it was a fantastic experience.
I didn't have to spend very much money, and everything--from payment, to the actual repair--was super, super quick.
Best of all, the service was super friendly (for example, it took me forever to actually show up to get my phone replaced, but they held onto the battery and waited for me) and accommodating.
I'll definitely be coming here again if I have any phone issues.
Update: I have had NO issues with my phone after the battery replacement, and best of all, my phone battery life has doubled. So happy!

Brought my phone in to get a small crack in the screen fixed, I asked if a chip in the back bottom corner would be an issue and he said it wouldn't be a problem. I got my phone back with a fully shattered back held together by tape, and a finger print scanner that no longer functions. Wouldn't replace the phone, I got a *partial* refund (full refund still pending) but my phone is much worse than I came in with.
