I’ve just had my son’s iPhone 13 repaired at tech medics along with two PlayStation 5 controllers to sort the drift issue out, amazing service from Laurence I can not recommend him enough he’s been brilliant!!!! Please make him your go too!! 👌
Excellent customer service. Cleaned and diagnosed my son's phone, giving me very sound advice. Did not want to charge anything, even though I also asked Laurence to clean my phone, too. Highly recommendable! Only thing, it's a bit hard to find, as there is not a sign outside.
Took my phone in to see if the non-functioning lightning port on my iPhone could be fixed and he just plucked out some fluff in the port (that I thought I had alreadycleaned out) and cleaned it out for me on the spot without charging me. It's now working perfectly and I'm regretting throwing away an old iPad that had charging issues. Can't recommend Tech Medics highly enough!
