I went in this store ALMOST A MONTH AGO May 18-19 to get my phone fix iPhone 11 and I haven’t received my refund back for the phone they couldn’t fix acted like they were the only place that can fix motherboards issue assured I could possibly get it fixed and when it comes down to it they couldn’t fix it after keeping it for a week and giving me so much excuses and now a month later still nothing ! I will be calling better business bureau on angel if I don’t hear anything back about my refund! I met y’all halfway on a decision you still having tried to be not a inch of professional with somebody who spend 645$ in your store! For a phone pp... Angel I have a voicemail bruna/Luna your worker called me 6/3/21 about my phone! every day since May 18 of yall having my purple iPhone 11 I called y’all you knew who I was and just called you June 15, 16 you just said since I made this review I couldn’t get my refund come into the store with a receipt your angel personally know you didn’t give me yourself I hope you learn how to do business because that nothing but karma on your business you want to longlast ! But not with that type of projecting taking people money and acting like you don’t know who they are because they freeely spoke on how you treated them and took my property didn’t want to return my money because of cashapp Is locked when if you do business thru cashapp legitimate hopefully why would it be locked and now of me coming 10000 miles from home you still running from the store acting like your not in the store every time I call up there to get in contact and bruna/Luna Whatevery her name is not Eligible to return me anything you are a disrespectful angel and you will get what you put out !
