Got my sim card stuck in my phone, he got it out without a hitch and saved me a huge hassle. Was also very polite and kind to my toddler. Didn't charge me for the trouble! Great experience :)

I dropped off an 80GB Hard drive with family photos on it and they lost it. First, they said they would call me in a week. They never called. When I went to pick it up multiple times, they could not find it. Took several months of me calling them. All of a sudden they said they found it, but gave me back a 180GB hard drive that wasn't mine. The employee was always so confused every time I stopped in. The office a complete disaster. Just horrible service. I will never be back.

Johnny was truly a hero. We couldn't access the phone...and data...for our phone. He fixed it quickly and was super nice.
