I just went to tech Emporium for the first time, and I have never had better service in my entire life. And that’s saying something cause I’m a big shopper. The gentleman who helped me was prompt and kind. He had a super quick fix for my MacBook, which I referred to as my baby. I was recommended to come here by a friend, and she was not wrong!!!
This guy's the best! I bought a POS iPhone 14 Pro Max from a sketchy place. I figured I shouldn't have, but I thought it would be fine because I've never had a problem with iPhones. I did, and Apple told me it would be $900+ to fix. Tech Emporium did it for $450. Plus, he was able to show me how the phone I brought in was previously repaired with non-Apple parts and how the parts he would use to repair it were certified Apple parts. I would recommend Tech Emporium for phone repairs to anyone!
This place is amazing! My husband and I are very ignorant when it comes to technology, this makes it challenging when we need our computers to function well for work. Abaid has helped us with new computers and a new phone. He is very knowledgeable and endlessly patient with our numerous questions and is always eager to help us.
