Oh my gosh! I cannot say enough about how wonderful these guys are! Very specifically Nicolai and Mitch were extremely helpful in getting access to the IPAD Pro we wanted. They
answered a ton of questions from us and even offered to transfer
everything over for us. We know how to do this and it is
not difficult but the fact they would take the time out of their
busy schedules helping others that they would even offer.
They are approachable, informative and just overall awesome.

I returned from a vacation to find that my Apple MacBook Pro battery was having problems. I contacted IT Support and was directed to the UM Bookstore for support. The diagnosis was that the battery and the motherboard were both in need of replacement. The service took less than a week overall, and . Most importantly, the laptop was returned after the "major surgery" basically ready to use. Other than re-establishing my fingerprints, and a couple of UMS account authorizations, the machine was completely restored. Nicolai and the bookstore tech support folks did great work and kept me up to date as things progressed.
