My phone screen was cracked and needed repair, nobody in Franklin or St. Lawrence county was open or don’t do phone repairs anymore. So I went 1 hour away from my home to Plattsburgh to visit this place and the service was excellent. The dude was laid back and did awesome work. His prices were better than anything quoted locally. If anyone needs repairs on a phone. This place is the way to go.

Man was this Place a Mistake.I walked in and told Him my problem and he wouldn't even look at my Phone.He kept Chewing on his Peanuts or whatever he had in His Mouth and said I don't know anything about your Problem. Don't waste your Time here.I came here because of the good Reviews but was I Mistaken.
Live near Syracuse but unfortunately dropped my phone visiting daughters in Plattsburgh ! Cracked the screen. I read the reviews and decided to try tech cellar. He sure did not disappoint ! Walked in at noon and had a good as new phone at 1:00 pm. Also gladly replaced my screen saver. Great, professional service ! Thank you
I have been in Tech Cellar numerous times over the last several years. I always left with my problems fixed. Service was professional everytime. I would recommend John without a doubt
