I brought my PC in and Mathew couldn't have been nicer. I took a long time, but we figured out it was one of the new parts I bought, and they put everything back in the package so I could return the part, and get a new one for them to install. He couldn't have been more apologetic because it was during the holiday season, so everyone had paid for expedited service, so mine took a while. I HIGHLY recommend if you have any computer or tech issues.

I am changing my review from a 5 to a 1. I could not be more disgusted by the shady, hidden $50 JUMP THE LINE option that is only offered at the whim of whoever puts your repair in the system. I had a great experience here in September when they replaced the screen of my son's gaming laptop, so I brought the same device back in when it was having more issues. When I dropped the laptop off, I was given a week as the minimum for it to be looked at. One week later I am told I am 4th in line due to weather and unforseen circumstances. This was against stated as due to weather and also a high volume of walk-ins, which actually turned out to be customers that paid a "jump the line fee." Their terminology, not mine. The option to jump the line is not advertised in store or on the website, and per Matt, it is offered at the employee's discretion or if the customer has heard about the option thru word of mouth. I think this is an extremely unethical business practice, not only because it is not offered to all customers, but also because they present themselves as first come first serve repair business, which they actually are not. You should be made aware your repair will not move forward in line if other customers pay a $50 rush fee. If they want to offer a rush fee service, that is common business practice. However, not being transparent with all their customers is gross. In the end I picked up my device and took my money elsewhere. To anyone who takes a chance on this place, you heard it by word of mouth right here that you can jump the line for an extra $50.

I have to share my recent experience with Tech Castle in Latonia. Their service is beyond exceptional, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers. My son recently had a bit of a crisis when his Chromebook refused to charge or turn on. Given that all his coding work for his robotics team was on that computer, it was a full-on panic moment.
I called Tech Castle, and they were incredibly helpful right off the bat. They guided me through the process of logging into another computer to check if my son's work was saved on Google Drive. Unfortunately, it wasn't – no surprises there, as my son hadn't taken the extra step to save it. B...I have to share my recent experience with Tech Castle in Latonia. The moment we arrived, they got to work. Right then and there, they started troubleshooting, and like magic, the Chromebook sprang back to life! I can't tell you the relief we felt. They not only saved my son from hours of rework but also gave him a valuable lesson on the importance of backing up work to Google Drive. And get this – they even went the extra mile and transferred all his coding to Google Drive for him.
