Team Taylor Doors

This is the 2nd time I have used Taylor Doors for my garage door needs, and they have done exceptional work both times. Stephen is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions and concerns, and makes sure he is supplying the exact product I need. Chris is very thorough on his installation work, and does a quality job every time. I typically get a couple of quotes, and Taylor is the best price every time, I highly recommend them for you garage door needs.

The technician showed up exactly on time. He installed the new garage opener but also noticed some adjustment issues with my other door. He brought those issues to our attention and fixed them promptly. If I had the option I would have given them 6 stars!

From the very start every step of the process was great. Stephen was responsive to get a quick quote and schedule service. Chris arrive for installation and completed the job. They were professional and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!

Overall, the team was professional, personal, and proficient. Some hiccups happened day of install with a flat tire on the way, but the team was very communicative and resolved their issue quickly. Our service was still completed that day!

Chris was very friendly and although we couldn’t do what he was called out to do (not his fault, just couldn’t install the garage door opener due to duct work in the garage) he was able to fix a different problem that we were having and went above and beyond to help us. He even offered a solution for installing the garage door in a different way. I highly recommend Team Taylor. They are very friendly and reliable.
