Service Tech (Dan) was professional and honest. Very polite and personable. Was very respectful of my home and charged exactly what was quoted. I can’t recommend highly enough! Sales person (Kyle) was just as excellent. Furnace and AC replacement quotes were a thorough process. Kyle was patient and very knowledgeable. Took the time to review all heating and cooling options and all pricing options. Fantastic customer service!
The team over at T.E. Spall and Son did an amazing job installing my furnace and A/C combo. They were professional from start to finish, punctual , and completed the job within the exact timeframe they promised. They truly lived up to their guarantees. They took the time to clearly explain everything about the new system, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with how it all works. It’s rare to find a company that goes above and beyond the way they did. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality HVAC service. Our service advisor Gordon McAdams was extremely helpful from beginning to end.... The team over at T.E. Spall and Son did an amazing job installing my furnace and A/C combo.
