When looking for someone to repair my cracked screen I first looked at the reviews and saw the many stars T&E received. I made the appointment online and didn’t have to wait at all for them to take my phone. The repair was 15 minutes and I waited while relaxing with a free soft drink. I was blown away by the customer service and speed. I am happy with how my phone turned out. I’d definitely go back and refer all my friends there.
I cracked the front screen on my iPhone and needed a repair. I made two appointments with Best Buy Geek Squad to make the repairs and left both appointments without a new screen, even though their computer said they had three in stock - both times, and no other substitute screens were available either. I decided to contact T&E because they are close to where I work and had good reviews. In and out in just over 20 minutes for HALF THE PRICE! New screen, friendly service, and they have a mobile service, which I didn't use because they are literally located three minutes from where I work and another of their locations is five minutes from wh... Looked around online they had the most stars so i called, told them what was going on w my phone! (Touch screen wasnt working) they told me if i booked an apt online i could save $20! It was easy & they had same day times! Waited a little over a hr! Got ice cream next door came back to my phone working & even gave me a discount on a screen protector! He was very understanding & helpful! It was less than $150 for everything! Diagnosis, repair & protector! It could have been cheaper too! (Chose a more $$$ screen) There also is warranty for a 1yr & 30days for protector! Very satisfied customer! Really good price & service! Would recommend! Mucha...
