T&E is prompt with responses and work. I took in my ps5 for a repair and they were really good at helping. I found them on offer up and even the person I communicated with on there was easy to work with. I recommend anybody to have no hesitations going to them. Thank you Jesus and Acxel for your help.
I want to say that Jesus has been the best customer service person I ever met. He's wonderful, compassionate, understanding, and caring. I believe he should be acknowledged for that and if there is anyway possible I feel he deserves a raise. I don't meet many people like that. Thank you and God bless you.
Had 2 phones needed to get repaired. 1 was done in 1 day the other needed parts. If something was missing or broken they let me know as quickly as possible and also let me know the new estimate time it'll take. Nevertheless, job was done correctly, fast, and really good. Definitely recommend if you need multiple phones done or one.

Excellent service and efficient turnaround time. The staff was attentive and helpful, taking the time to explain the process and address any questions I had. The pricing was reasonable, and they provided a great deal on protective accessories such as phone cases and screen protectors.
