Terrible service I will never recommend anybody here I had my phone fixed from water damage and fixed it with that lady and two weeks later my screen started turning black again and didn't give me any warranty. The worst place I've ever been I truly do not recommend this spot to anyone

Great Service from the lady, called and got a quick qoute over the phone and she stood by her pricing. Did the job In less than a minute to fix my charger port. Works like new again, THANK YOUU!! Really recommend!!

I visited this shop on June 30th for initial drop off & returned on July 3rd for estimated pick up. Nancy was very patient, communicative, thorough and kind during all interactions. Although she was not able to fix my Android phone screen, she kindly & professionally credited my Amex in full. For anyone whom write negative, undeserving reviews about her person/place of business, perhaps consider taking a look in the mirror and ask yourself if you've truly conducted yourself honestly and with ntegrity. WARNING: Avoid this service! I had my laptop 'fixed' here, and it took over two weeks. I had to return it twice. The first time, they apparently set up the keyboard incorrectly after reassembling it, and it was noticeably malfunctioning. They didn't seem to care. After the second repair, the laptop still booted incorrectly. Although they managed to fix that issue, I discovered that an extra 2.5" SSD loosely hanging from the SATA cable - which I could've sworn I had secured with bolts. The service was awful, and the attitude was unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I came here for my iPhone camera to be replaced. I paid her $150 and 3 days later had to return and ask for a refund because during the camera replacement she broke the screen and replaced it with a screen that is not iPhone, horrible low pixel quality - permanent discoloration on the screen, touching its own buttons, etc it has completely ruined the phone. She denied accountability and truly literally yelled at me the entire time despite me speaking calmly and being as reasonable and polite as possible. Would never recommend this business. I am out $150 + an additional $1500 to buy a new phone after her botch job.
