Taylors Computers

I really shouldn't give any star at all I called 3 days before quoted me a price and when I pulled up out side didn't even ask any questions about my computer told me I had to go elsewhere because he was going away for a long time. This was after he saw I was saw I was black. And then over the phone he tell me that he cheaper. And has plenty of business. He didn't remember talking to me he just couldn't help me.

I brought 2 of my son's computers to Greg. First time we spoke to him he was very nice and friendly on the phone. When came time to discuss money, Greg got mad over me asking for a discount. Then he started charging us for parts that we did not need and the bill started inflating. We struggled for the money and ended up paying all he asked for. None of the computers worked after he "repaired it" . We picked up the last one last night and already it was crashing when we tested it at night. This guy is greedy and is even even able to relate to the hard times we are living. In addition he has been rude and has poor communication.

Took my son's computer to Best Buy they couldn't do anything, for him to take it apart piece by piece find out whats wrong with it . so when I get home find out they strip the screws. Took it to Taylor's computer took the guy 45 minutes fixed it and only charged me $20 Greg you're the man

Great experience! We were in a pinch. The gentleman stayed open a few minutes late. He gave us his undivided attention. He also answered our questions and gave tips and tricks. If you need something computer related see Taylors Computers!
