I had hired another floor company to install my vinyl flooring. The owner had a family issue and never returned. I was fortunate to find Desirae & Andrew's company online. I called and they returned my call in a timely manner. We talked about my flooring issue. They showed up, we talked through the issues, addressed my concerns and they installed the floor that same morning. After my kitchen was installed, they came back out in January and trimmed the floor to complete my renovation. Even correcting some of the trim issues left by the kitchen installer.
