TAV Electronics was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They verified my brothers truck’s towing capacity, confirmed the proper hitch and connections, and walked him through safe hookup and loading for a low deck car hauler, even though he is an experienced operator. It was nice to see how dedicated they are to their customers for safe operation of equipment. Highly recommend!
Long wait time and needed extra information that other uhauls didn't ask for before
I hate to leave negative feedback for a small business but it took them a year to get back to me regarding my stereo receiver. And then they told me they couldn't fix it. I couldn't recommend them to anybody considering my experience... Edit for owner: name would have been under Cody Pfaff or Lawrence Pfaff. Vintage Yamaha receiver. I even gave you the schematic. I dropped it off in the spring of 23 and just got a call back about 4 weeks ago winter of 24
