My new model MacBook Pro's screen stopped working during a "livestream". I contacted Apple's customer service and they recommended multiple Apple certified repair services in my area and I chose this company after visiting their website. It was easy to setup and cancel appointments conveniently online without having to take the time to call a person. Apple requires them to run a free diagnostic of all their products. The staff is exceptionally friendly and very professional. The waiting room is modern, comfortable, and clean. They offer beverages while you wait. Because the shipping was delayed, I did have to call to check on the status of the repair instead of them calling to update me. This company also service and sell other brands of computers in addition to selling electronics.
