This place is a complete rip off. Go anywhere but here. I had to wait two weeks to get in then they kept my car for a week gave me an estimate for 2k and told me that I had to pay for the parts to get my car back. I then fixed my car for 40 dollars went back to cancel the order that was 1100 dollars. They refused. If you are OK with getting completely ripped off go here. I will lose 1100 dollars but they will not be the place I will ever go back to. They do not deserve to be in business!!

So a feller bought a truck. I traded in my Nissan Titan for a 2025 Ram 1500 SST. Go and see Izaiah, Hector, Lino and Simon. They are a whole squad of great folks! Isiah was my sales guy and he's very professional and down to earth. No pressure. Hector and did the haggling and it was easy-going. Lino was my tech guy and he explained quite a bit for me. Simon, the finance guy put a bow on everything. I even got to meet the CEO Brian who was also down to earth. One of the top car purchases in my life that went really well!!

Took vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation, get tire leak fixed, and brake inspection. I'm sure that the oil change was done and I know that the tire leak was fixed. I also know that the tires were not rotated and that the supposed 70% life (told by mechanic) on my brakes could have in no way have included my front brakes. At the time I thought I was treated fairly when the mechanic told me that he disassembled the brakes and cleaned them for me instead which saved me a fist full of money. That was not the case. A day later the brakes were squeaking again. They were metal to metal. Charged for the brake inspection and cleaning and charge...Took vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation, get tire leak fixed, and brake inspection. An expensive but useful lesson to not bring my vehicle back. Hopefully this review saves others some cash and time.

This is solely for the service department. For 3 weeks all I heard was "David has not figured out what the problem is yet". So my patience ran out and found another diesel mechanic that would actually look at it today to figure out what the problem is. For three weeks all carlsbad tate branch did was move the jeep from one parking spot to another, and yes David that is why I picked my jeep up today. Perhaps next time a customer purchases a vehicle from yall and three days later a knocking sound starts in the engine. Here is a wild and crazy idea. Actually look at the vehicle to actually figure out what the problem is, and actually communicate...This is solely for the service department. Instead of going around the corner and talking shit because you never actually got around to looking at the vehicle.
