Quick response from the owner Jonathan. He came out quickly and diagnosed the problem, showed me what the problem was, using a camera inside the furnace, so that I could actually view it. Gave me several options. Due to the age of the old furnace, I decided to replace it. We discussed several units and once I chose the best one for our needs, he ordered it and it arrived quickly. Jonathan came out early the next morning, removed the old furnace, installed the new one, made all the connections and we had heat again. He said he would come out in the Spring to make sure the system worked like it should with the air conditioner, which was relatively new. Great personality, patient, and informative. I highly recommend him and will be using his services in the future.
