Hands down best experience I’ve had with a car repair. Mark went out of his way to make sure my car would be taken care of. He recommended to a BMW specialist to make sure my car received the proper diagnosis/repair. Will be bringing my other 2 vehicles to them in the future.
The quote from here for regular maintenance on my Mazda 3 sedan was 3xs what Jiffy Lube charged me. I needed some regular maintenance and typical fluids changed. TAP Automotive quoted me a battery replacement for a regular interstate mt-35 battery at $416. I drive a Mazda 3 sedan there’s no universe it should be that expensive for a typical car battery that retails for half that. That’s highway robbery. I went to autozone and bought same quality battery for $175 and the clerk put it in for free. One extra star for the ride the mechanic gave me back to my place in the morning after I dropped my car off. Thanks for that. Otherwise thumbs down.... Otherwise thumbs down. 👎 I declined every service and went straight to Jiffy Lube the same day for 1/3 of the price where they found things TAP Automotive missed on their inspection. I was hopeful to find a good local mechanic shop but not this time. Incredibly disappointing. I will not be back at this place.
T.A.P Automotive is the only place to take a vehicle in my opinion. Not only are they honest, fair and reasonably priced. I have never been let down by taking any vehicle there. Having T.A.P for my Automotive experts is like having a bunch of big brothers watching out for my safety and welfare. I will recommend these guys to anyone that will listen!
Everything seemed to go well 🙂 until got a few miles down the road and the check oil light came on. I returned immediately. Seems they didn't put enough oil in the engine when they changed it. They immediately put more in after checking first to be sure there wasn't any leaks, etc. Other then that little snafu, the service was great and saved me a ton vs what it would've cost at the dealership. I'll be back the next time my Mercedes C300 needs service. 💪👍
