Alex at Talk N’ Fix inside Walmart provided outstanding service! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and honest while helping me with my phone issue. He explained everything clearly and made sure the problem was fixed quickly. It’s rare to find such friendly and professional customer service these days.
