I went in super last minute immediately after dropping my phone and the screen going completely white. Phillip was amazing and paid attention to detail. Even stay a little after hours to fix my screen such a life saver!! Within 30 min of me dropping and breaking my phone my screen was completely fixed! He explained the whole process and even showed me where a previous repair (not here) i had before screws were missing and he put new ones in back in!! Thank you phillip you are extremely knowledgeable and the nicest!!! I will definitely come back again for any repairs.

These guys are scammers. Please do not go to this store.
Stick with certified repair shops like uBreakiFix for Samsung devices. I went to Talk N Fix on Sunday, January 18 to repair my Galaxy S23 Ultra. I clearly told Michael that I wanted a premium screen, and I paid $280 for it. Despite this, he installed a cheap aftermarket screen and seemed to think I wouldn’t notice. The display quality was obviously worse.
Michael told me to come back the next day between 10–11 AM to fix the issue. I called at 10:30 AM to confirm and was told to come before 1 PM instead. When I called again at 1 PM, he then said to come tomorrow. This back-and-forth is u...These guys are scammers. Please do not go to this store.

Michael never called me to update me—I had to call three times myself. On top of that, he refused to refund my money, even though the mistake was entirely on their end. This store wasted both my time and money.
Don’t be fooled by the good reviews—I was.

Michael was very professional and knowledgeable, he is very wonderful to talk to and I loved every second of my visit. If you’re looking for a place with friendliness and understanding and A+ quality i would recommend Michael for any and all repairs. Super happy with all the results I received, I walked out with a brand new phone, I’m really satisfied with the customer service this young gentlemen provided. He is very easy to work with and knew exactly what the problem was in 30 minutes. Walked in and expected just another regular visit but he made my visit unforgettable. Michael we need more people like you in the customer service industry....Michael was very professional and knowledgeable, he is very wonderful to talk to and I loved every second of my visit.
