When he retrieved the phone, the touch screen no loner worked,the screen was too large to fit the phone case it was originally in, and when asked about it, the manager said this is because he used a different screen than what the phone comes with. My husband was not informed about this fact and was then asked to pay another $200 for the manufacturer screen. Manager refused to refund and tried to argue. Replaced the battery in my iPhone 13 mini because it stopped charging. Apple said they couldn't do it because my screen was cracked, but the technician here was able to remove the screen, figure out what was wrong, and then install a replacement battery. Only took about 30 minutes and cost about $100.
